Review of Fido (2006) by ?Irin T — 05 Feb 2010
Who would have thought that Billy Connolly would land a roll where he basically didn't speak at all. Fido is a charming tale of the love between a boy and his pet zombie. In a world that looks like '50s suburbia, people have found a way to stave on the zombie plague by inventing an "obedience" collar for zombies.
Naturally, it doesn't always work and that's where the conflict begins. It's a funny enough movie but I expected it to be funnier.
