Review of Fido (2006) by Corey N — 20 Mar 2010
This was a funny quirky zombie movie. Much like the movie Zombieland it takes a comedy side to this horror genre. In this world the humans have zombies as pets and servants. They control them with these special collars.
But when the collars malfunction then the zombie might go on a killing spree. The stoy focus is on one family and a little boy. Their zombie is played by Billy Connolly. Though you would not have known thanks to the great make up.
The film is funny and has many great scenes. Much better than I thought it would be. Has a good cast. If you liked movies such as Zombieland or Shaun of the Dead then check this movie out.
