Review of Fiddler on the Roof (1971) by Dusty — 08 Nov 2008
Simply the best musical ever made. I have to watch this at least once a year. This movie inspires, awes, and challenges stereotypes. The theme of the movie is tradition, and the moving forward from that tradition.
See this movie. Incidentally, Chaim Topol is STILL doing this show on Broadway and around the world to this day.
