Review of Fever Pitch (2005) by Gabriella — 05 Jul 2009
A rare instance where the movie is cuter than the book. The book is mostly about a boy's obsession with football (soccer), but it made sense to examine more closely how such an obsession affects romantic relationships.
Sweet, but didn't have tons of depth and felt like it needed one more arc or a bit more material to make a great movie. Ended kind of abruptly. Overall pretty decent though.
