As an editor, sometimes there's nothing more frustrating than watching unedited rushes. Watch the last song in the movie by Janis Joplin and watch how many cuts there are. None. You never notice because she's such an amazing performer.
Does that mean all performers profiled in modern rock music concert videos have no talent because they have to have 20 cuts a minute. Absolutely. Oh yes, and I'm a stinking jamband head, so this is heaven.
