Review of Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986) by Michael K — 22 Nov 2012
One of the big reasons the 80's were cool. Such a cleverly thought out comedy by John Hughes, about a spoiled but likable kid, that wants to take a day off. The premise in this film is the teens rule, and the adults are idiots.
Poor Matthew Broderick, this is the movie that he's remembered so much for, when he has quite a portfolio of more dramatic works.
