Review of Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986) by Dakota M — 19 May 2015
Honestly this is my favorite movie. I think every element of it is great: the acting, the script, and the cinematography. The jokes will literally never get old and every time I watch it, I quote them relentlessly. Ferris and Cameron's relationship is to die for, but so is Ferris and Sloane's and Cameron and Sloane's; it's like one big OT3 but without the jealousy. It's a really great ditching-school movie because just when you completely forget that they're all sneaking out, Ed Rooney shows up to remind you, and it's never without flair. And then there's Grace...
Also, young Charlie Sheen? Hell yeah.
