Bear with me...sure, it's a musical, but beyond that is a solid story, and when you're nine, Tim Curry is evil incarnate playing Santa Claus, so he fits in rather well here as a genocidal demigod.
And I totally wanted to fuck Samantha Mathis' character. I know.
