Review of Ferdinand (2017) by Nicolas C — 10 Jan 2018
I'm from Seville, Spain and all of you can not possible begin to understand how needed it is this movie for our actual society. It's a great movie with a great message, it's not only about peace and freedom, it's about animal rights and how we use them as items. The book from where the movie is based on was banned in Spain during the francoist era for their "depraved" message, still a lot of work to do here in my land and the world, these kind of movies for kids and adults are so need for the future. It amazes me in a really bad way how the movie is not getting the importance that it deserves. Actual society is not ready for these kind of messages but I'm totally sure that in the future and I want to believe it, the society will be better and take this movie as referent. Totally recommended. Same happened with The Book of Life of Jorge R. Gutierrez.
Saludos desde Sevilla, y liberación animal, por favor más que películas así para los niños y para los mayores, sobre todo para los mayores.
