Review of Femme Fatale (2002) by Marilee A — 11 Jul 2011
It's not a terrible film but its not a great one either. Started off very promising, got straight into it and it had me on the edge of my seat but then that died down..the middle was a bit iffy but still interesting enough to stick with it.
Then the whole it was a dream/premonition thing really disappointed me at first but then it did kind of redeem itself right at the end. It's a good concept, I like the whole contempory film noir idea and Rebecca Romjin was perfect for the lead role.
I loved how it was set in Paris but it seemed a bit disjointed and inconsistent. It's very watchable but not a classic, although I think it couldv'e been if things were different.
