Horrible murders are going on in a city with a falling reputation. Francis, a natural born inspector is on the case and he slowly get's to know friends and foes in his circuts. Why all the gruesome killings?
Action, dream sequences, girls, gore, sex, drinking, coursing - it's all there. Not much new here sadly, it's typically told, but the approach deserves attention - it's a cartoon. With cats only. That's way cool.
