Review of Feet First (1930) by Gregory W — 01 Jul 2009
Late last night, before retiring, I enjoyed watching FEET FIRST (1930), an early Harold Lloyd sound comedy. Lloyd plays a shoe clerk trying to win the affections of a young lady. All of the mishaps and sight gags accumulate with Lloyd finding himself hanging on top of a LA skyscraper -- recreating his famous sequence from the silent SAFETY LAST (1923) for sound film.
His sound films from Paramount are very underrated.
