This film was exceptional and everyone, I MEAN EVERYONE, needs to watch it! I walked into the theater thinking I knew everything that the film was going to tell me. I have always been a healthy person (Vegetarian for 18 years and Vegan now for 2) and I have always eaten well. That being said I have always had a small amount of belly fat, my girlfriend tells me I am crazy to mention or complain about it, but it bothers me. 6 weeks before I watched this film I decided to stop eating late night sugary snacks. I usually ate about 5 Newman O's, kettle corn, or some other snack as I was watching a movie late at night before bed. Well I tried something and just quit eating my late night snack. Within 1 week I noticed that I lost about 1lb.I was not sure if it was for real because I have gone up and down a pound regularly. Most humans do. Anyways, I kept it up and the weight kept disappearing. This was with zero exercise! I am an IT director for an internet company, so I sit at a desk all the time. I know I need to get into a regular exercise routine for health, but I have not found the time yet.

By the time I went to see the film I had been doing this for about 6 weeks and I had lost 10 lbs. It has been another 3 weeks and I have lost a total of 17 lbs. So in less than 3 full months I have lost 17 lbs by eating completely normally and zero regular exercise!!! I have been extra mindful of sugar since watching the film. My starting weight was around 193-194 and today I weigh 176. I have bounced between 185-195 for years. Last winter (2014) I was just under 200, which made me feel very crappy.

Anyways, this film will change your life! I was a vegetarian for 18 years before going Vegan a few years ago. I have always limited sugar and drank about 12 cans of organic root beer annually. That being said, I used to drink a fair amount of fruit juice which I have pretty much stopped since seeing this film. It does a great job of explaining if you are overweight, then you can change your life with simple changes. I eat VERY well! I am never hungry. I am still completely shocked because everything the media tells us is so wrong. Exercise will not make you skinny, well it can, but few can keep up the routine. That is why diets fail. Late at night I just choose not to eat poor food choices and I am going to have the body I have always wanted within about a month without any extreme changes in my life. I cannot believe it was this simple!!! Thank you FED UP!!! I am going to soon start working on the physique of my body and achieve one of the things I have always dreamt of, a completely flat stomach! Very soon I am actually going to need to start eating a little bit more food so I don't lose too much weight. The fat on my body is just disappearing.
