I noticed how they were going for that quirky low budget feel like Evil Dead 2 for example, and it didn't work because it just wasn't that funny.

Jason Mewes showing up as himself too was just bizarre...and the way they introduced the characters was something out of Can't Hardly wait.

It's alright as a time waster on a slow night, and production-wise, they make the most of what they have and that's good...but it's just not good enough for me.

That hero bit though was really funny...but other than that, it tries and it fails...
