Review of Feast (2005) by Tony F — 10 Oct 2010
Feast is a better than advertised horror flick that actually deserves some merit for new ideas.
Sure the 'monsters' are 'Alien-esque' but the film delivers alot of 'gore per minute' value.
I like the beginning how they introduce each character with freeze frame bio's and it really accelerates the need for character development.
Hot looking babes, decent looking monsters, good special effects all set in a dusty backwater bar in middle of nowhere.
Too much dry humping by aliens for my requirements but, get past that and a 15 second gestation period, mmmk, and the film still has decent entertainment value.
Kind of a 50's style delivery with better special effects.
I bought it at Best Buy for 9 bux on a whim...no regrets.
Now when is the 3 pack comming to BR?
Lol.
