This film is seriously underrated. The whole trilogy is pretty awesome. I love good a good, nasty, senseless, over the top, gritty, gorey horror film. The special effects in this first film are top notch, the digital effects in the sequels kind of suck but the makeup and gore are still good.
The humor is very depraved and clever. This film is a classic and representative of the qualities a good horror film should possess.
