Review of Fearless (2006) by Marshall S — 28 Jan 2009
This is susposed to be the last martial arts movie for Jet Li and I can attest that it is an epic. The movie is based on the real story of Western Imperialism and Japanese influence in china and the rise of the hero Huo Yuanjia, who fights these threats to his country and culture.
The Jet Li is a master of wushu whose sole purpose is to be the best, but he learns that that is not enough. The plot is great, the acting is crisp, and above all the fight scenes are amazing. Jet Li went out with a bang and I can honestly say that this is one of his best movies ever.
