Review of FearDotCom (2002) by Illich M — 25 Mar 2008
Rip off of The Ring with a website taking the place of a video tape. Mediocre acting, everyone's just in it for the pay check, story that needs a couple more rewrites, and some glaring logic holes.
However the look of the film is great (much better then the story deserves) and Stephen Rea's serial killer, well one note, manages to be farely entertaining (alright the scene where he abducts the girl in the theater with Rammsteins "Sonne" playing in the backround was fucking awsome), and the ending was pretty cool, unfortunatly you have to wade through to much crap to get to it.
