An excellent couch + popcorn flick. Drawing similarities between this series and Stranger Things is inevitable. But as someone who really likes that style, I am all aboard. The characters are unique enough to make me flip-flop between liking and disliking them as people, which is cool.
Established tropes get a fresh take. Once again, the best part of these movies is watching all the fragile egos freak out about how two girls kissing is going to murder their children, how this movie has grown legs and arms and goes around torturing white men, ad nauseum.
