Much better than the awful Fear Street 1. They still went with an unlikeable lead but not as obnoxious as the lead in the first one. The co-lead sister has a permanent stunned look. Sisters don't look one iota like each other but never mind.
But as horrors go it's not bad, fine for teenagers on a date. They stick romance in as well and personal development stuff because it's 2021 and not 1978. OK soundtrack.
