Even funnier than Spinal Tap. Watching Spinal Tap again is not that funny after you already know the jokes but for some reason, I can keep watching Fear of a Black Hat over and over and it's still funny.
You don't even need to know much about rap - I didn't when I first saw it - to find it hilarious.
