You would figure w/ how much nudity is in Fear City (probably filling about 80 % of the screen time) & the fact that Billy Dee Williams is in the cast (the main reason I originally watched to see this) it would be an easy sell for me.

.saddly no. Basically an exploitation flix w/ no real meat on its bones hampered greatly by an unconvincing killer, an embarassed looking Billy Dee & a garbage throw away climax which is pretty hard to swallow.

Tripe but not good tripe that you applaud @ the end (in fact the end should have you feeling robbed of initally investing your time).
