Even too young to understand several of the references, this film still manages to take me on a crazy ride filled with quips and moments of trippy perfection. Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro both brought out everything Hunter S. Thompson's perfect narrative could give them. Terry Gilliam's stylized and over-the-top adaption was nothing short of creative gold.
Overall, a collaborative work of geniuses that needs to be seen.
