Review of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) by Shok K — 13 May 2012
What requiem for a dream does to addictions in one way, this movie does the same in a completely opposite way. A psychedelic journey with two extremely high (read: narcotics) individuals and their experiences with a cornucopia of drugs that render them completely cretinous.
Benicio Del Toro and Johnny Depp provide stellar performances. Gets very repetitive after a while though.
