Review of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) by Matthew R — 30 Jul 2012

Not for me. It feels like a very long drawn out trip and maybe thats intentional, but I just wanted it to end. I have tried to watch this movie countless times and still cant seem to like it. I do however like the scene in the parlor where Johnny Depp is talking about the dinosaurs.

That was my favorite part of the whole movie. Everything else is too messed up and weird for my personal taste. I'll give credit where credit is due, Depp's performance was very good. However lack of overall plot structure and length made me very indifferent toward the film.
