Review of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998) by Andrew L — 30 Mar 2014
Hunter S. Thompson's novel is represented well on the big screen. The antics of Depp and Del Toro portraying Raoul Duke and Dr. Gonzo fueled with its drug induced visuals have a strange yet hard-to-look-away glamor to them.
The messages of the film can be hard to crack but once you get it you'll love it. "Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas" may not be everyone's treat but its an extreme trip filled with so much humor, deep thought and fun value it's hard to ignore.
