Review of Fay Grim (2007) by Randy P — 28 Aug 2007
When I watched this, I didn't realize it was a sequel, but then I'm not certain it matters. It stands on its own, I think, as a darkly funny, surprisingly human spy movie. Parker Posey charms throughout, and Jeff Goldblum adds his Jeff Goldblum-y delight.
It moves a little slowly in the beginning, and I can't help but feel the ending is ambiguous for ambiguity's sake, but as long as you are looking for quirkiness, you won't be disappointed.
