"Fay Grim" looks like an intriguing spy spoof for the first hour, but soon becomes a tedious, convoluted boor. Anyone who can unscramble this self-indulgent mess has to be a film scholar. After two hours of lengthy talk and little action, this film becomes little more than a confusing boor.
