Review of Faults (2014) by Kevin P — 16 Aug 2017
'Faults' is one of those films that is just incredibly intriguing all the way through and forces you to question exactly what is going on and who is in control at any one point. The tone shifts from what seems to be a dark comedy to a suspenseful mystery with extreme ease and without feeling forced, which is no easy task, so credit there to Stearns.
Most of all, however, it's a great character study and a fantastically interpreted exercise on just how the weak-willed, weak-minded person can be manipulated should one know how to press the right buttons.
