Review of Father Goose (1964) by Pamela D — 28 Sep 2007
Awesome screenplay, cinematography, acting, etc! I am a HUGE Leslie Caron fan and it was actually pretty refreshing to see her in a different light. She gave us comedy in a sophisticated way. We also saw Cary Grant in a different light, instead of being a slick gentleman, he took the role of a boozed up, witty, grunty man.
The engaging chemistry from Caron and Grant is excellent. A true classic, the acknowledgement of this film should be prolonged throughout generations!
