Review of Father Goose (1964) by Paul H — 10 Nov 2008
A playful comedy about a drop out of society alcholic "drafted" into helping the British navy in WW2. His job on his south pacific island is to spot and call in Japanese aircraft.Through a strange series of events he is joined by a hottie of a teacher and 6 female students.
At first glance, a creative idea for a story BUT at the same time a bit too absurd. The film however delivers. It is delightful and VERY funny AND very clean.
