Review of Fatal Attraction (1987) by David T — 03 Nov 2008
Sexy, Erotic and utterly disturbing in equal measures.
A very solid movie with a chilling, evil, attractive and vindictive woman as its centre piece in the form of Glenn Close who superb as the bunny boiling psychotic stalker and really did make you believe in her character.
Michael Douglas was okay but maybe his character needed abit more depth, he was in a perfectly happy marriage with it all at his feet and there was no real motive for him having an affair apart from one night his daughter slept in the bed so he didn't get any nookie, plus his wife was the better looking.
So maybe expanding on this would have made the movie better, but it is still a very enjoyable film.
Above average but not great.
