Review of Fatal Attraction (1987) by Jameson W — 22 Aug 2012
Really good film! Solid writing and directing. BRILLIANT performance from Glenn Close. The thing I loved about her performance is that it evokes so many different emotions from the viewer. As an obsessive ex-lover, she is annoying, infuriating, sick, and horrific, but at the same time she also comes across as a real human worthy of sympathy, even if only for a brief time.
Nominated for 6 Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress (Glenn Close). I loved it!
