Review of Fat Girls (2006) by Ken Y — 01 Aug 2008
Becoming comfortable and OK with your inner self is really what the message of this movie is about. It is a coming of age about a gay boy and him becoming comfortable with being who he is. It is much like an uber gay version of "Sordid Lives".
It is hillarious, and touching, and I could relate to soo many parts of it. The main drawback is the negative portrayal of Christians in the movie, it was far to stereotypical and over the top.
