Review of Fat Girl (2001) by Stephen K — 29 Jul 2009
After all these years, I finally got around to seeing this movie. Needless to say, I didn't care for it and found it very disappointing. It wasn't the frank sexuality or nudity that was the issue, it was the story itself.
..it's boring. Too many drawn out scenes about nothing. Sure the acting was fine, perhaps good in many aspects, but this overall "slice of life" French film was lacking personality with an over the top ending to match.
