Potentially promising juvenile thriller, considering cast and plot, but ultimately light and unfulfilling Some major plot gaps - such as after three killings and supersaturated media coverage, he's still walking around without a disguise, or even bothering to stay on the downlow.
Not a total.l loss, still a decent B-grade flick.
