A role made for Dwayne Johnson, not to much dialogue just grunting and killing. Very fun movie could be considered a less serious version of Drive. The only problem is that it stays the same pace the whole movie.
Its not dumb but not to dramatic "Faster" can be taken as a mans man revenge movie.
