It has its moments, but I don't know why it's considered an 80's classic. Sure Sean Penn is hilarious in his first starring role, and it's cool to see another future Oscar winner show up in Lawrence Fishbourne, but it doesn't seem to mind 15-year old sex and abortions with zero effects.
Just sad.
