We have a duty, as teens of the 80's, to give this movie its rightful due. Still holds up today with high-school angst, cliques, challenges, problems, and glory - automatics stop down if I see this movie playing on one of the many movie channels.
Under-appreciated and not acknowledged for the incubator it was for talent (Cage, Edwards, Penn, Whitaker, Reinhold, Leigh, Cates) and culture of a glorious time & age.
