Perhaps it requires a smidge of nostalgia to make it more entertaining, but objectively, Fast Times is a mildly interesting 80s teen sex comedy, with raw characters that are unfortunately poorly depicted and haphazardly characterized.
The plot doesn't really go anywhere either. Some may find the film worth watching for the nudity and/or Sean Penn.
