Review of Fast Food Nation (2006) by Daniel I — 30 May 2008
Shocking message conveyed in a multitude of narratives and upsetting amoral presentations of just how we get our fast food. Based on the novel and well adapted for the big screen, this film creates an interactive relationship with the audience by asking them what they would do or if they want to continue eating the food or even if they care.
Good performance from Lavigne and the sexy macho style sex scenes both stimulate and anger. Ending at the same scene as the beginning is brilliance and this movie is highly recommended.
