Review of Fast Food Nation (2006) by Jess M — 07 Nov 2009
What I expected to be a well done and maybe semi-comedic but serious documentary, turns out to be some sort of weird random throw together of random sub-plots and a quick cash in on a successfull book.
Although overall its an ok movie with ok acting and not too many sub-plots to get you confused but still you wont exactly brag that you saw this movie. It tries its best to get the message across but the whole time you could tell they probably should've just made a documentary intstead of a movie length soap opera.
This movie overall is worth a watch but dont be surprised if you dont exactly go back to it again and again. My recomendation? Rent it from the video store. 2 burger's from the floor out of five.
