If you watch this movie you'll never order another burger at a fast food restaurant...GROSS! We entrust our health and lives to mega corporations ("profit is the only god"), overworked (unskilled) slaughterhouse employees, and minimum-wage ("want fries with that") fast food employees. Watch how they make hamburger....fat, fat and more fat...YUCK! Like the movie says..."there's shit in the meat!".
Rated it 3 stars cause the acting was mediocre. Needed more hard-hitting facts, how the government has looked the other way (always), how greedy corporations market to us from birth on (golden arches, anyone?).
Read THE JUNGLE by Upton Sinclair. Written in the early 1900's. Describes the disgusting tricks of the slaughterhouses and meat-producing corporations. Nothing has improved in 100 years...
