Review of Fast & Furious 6 (2013) by Derrick N — 14 Mar 2014

The sixth installment in the "fast and furious" franchise builds off of the momentum from the fifth and gives a solid movie. I've never been too fond of these films until the fifth and that was due to the charisma machine that is Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. He has single-handedly revamped the franchise. He was the best part about fast five, and the best part of fast 6. I don't go in these movies expecting mind boggling story telling with great acting performances. Fast 6 serves its purpose as a fun and exhilarating ride with a nice touch of humor as well. Justin Lin gives great action sequences even though most do defy the laws of physics and gravity... Even though, this was still a very entertaining and I recommend a watch.
