Farce of the penguins is a spin off of the movie march of the penguins. overall, its a stupid idea for a film, although it features a lot of celebrity voices and a funny narration by samuel l jackson. im not sure what bob saget was thinking in making this film, it has one or two funny parts but thats about it.
