Review of Far from Heaven (2002) by Susanna M — 29 Aug 2008
I saw this when I was going through a rough time, and it had a very deep effect on me. I was somehow very moved by the sadness of the story. The atmosphere is stifling, with so many things being wrong in society, but at the same time, the realization of these things by Julianne Moore's character, is the beauty of the story.
The movie is visually very beautiful.
