Review of Far from Heaven (2002) by Ken C — 10 Nov 2012

Julianne Moore is magnificent in this heart-breaking 50's melodrama. The subjects that the movie tackles are infuriating to watch and really make you stop and think while watching it. Dennis Quaid gives the best performance of his career even to this day, and it opened up all sorts of possibilities for roles he could play in the future.

I love this movie, it's the closest I ever came to crying at a movie in years.
