Review of Far and Away (1992) by Dan B — 08 Mar 2010
Good little movie on the irish coming to america in search of prosperity, but in this case, LAND, Around the same time as scorsese's "gangs in new york", this movie shows pretty accurately what it was like back in 1850's when america was on the rise industrialy, and when immigrants had it rough, real rough.
Cruise and Kidman are excellent.
