Review of Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) by Lipfung L — 05 Aug 2017

Its been a while since I read the book, so I hardly remember it, so I'm just gonna look at this movie in its own right. The animation is stunning, the voice acting is great, and the script is full of quirky and snappy humor.

There is only one thing that felt off about this movie. Even while the animals are taking refuge underground from the evil farmers, you don't really feel the sense of any real danger to the animals at all.

I can't really explain why that is though it just felt off. Still a great movie despite that.
