Review of Fantastic Four (2015) by Imthenoob — 07 Aug 2015

I enjoyed the cast and thought they did an outstanding job considering the garbage script they had. There's no real character development. Aside from Reed you get very little from the other characters, Especially with Johnny Storm. About half way through the movie the plot simply fails to move forward and doesn't advance at all. There is pretty much no action what so ever until the last 10 minutes of the movie. The end sequence, where Doom comes back and starts a destructive path, starts and finishes in the last 15 minutes of the movie. It's done as quickly as it starts. It was laughably anti-climactic.

What should have been a slightly above average movie is crippled with one of the worst scripts for a comic book movie since Daredevil. It was so poorly executed in the last half of the movie that it completely ruins what was built up in the first. Don't even bother with this one.
